  • This is an INSULT to the Gospel. Is the Gospel so powerless that you need money to draw people? Did Christ or the Apostles EVER use any "tactic" like this to draw ANYONE? if not than this is UN-BIBLICAL

  • I have many problems with the "ministry" of Rationalresponder and Ray Comfort that i think is UNBiblical. Let me demonstrate my point.

What you see here is Chad (rational responder) using peoples Love for money ( Note 1 Timothy 6:10) to draw them to him so he can eventually present the Gospel. (which i believe the way he presents it is also UnBiblical but i won address that now) Now when you look at Christ and his apostles you NEVER see them using any tricks to draw people like Chad is doing.

  • This guy is a beast

  • Money draws people :)

  • I like this guy,but I mean really. Jesus didn't use money to draw in the crowds, but than again He is Jesus. I am torn as to if money should be used, but great video.

  • @fredmanjr10 i am kind of on the fence with this approach myself. Though i would suggest that since money is used its interesting that ideals are oft formed that Satan created "currency" in this nature and in essence his own device is being used against him to reveal a truth & bring people closer to Christ. Satan is also quite guilty of using the same tactics to masquarade as charitable organizations or good semaritan groups only to dupe people into servitude for a higher malign pupose.

  • @hexusziggurat

Yeah, I would generally prefer using other types of things like giant play money, or any other type of item that would be an eye-catcher. I think street preachers should experiment with more types of items to see which draws the bigger crowds so they can hear the Gospels.

  • So you're fishing for converts with money as bait...

  • I use your BIG $100 BILLS to give to those who get the answer wrong BUT I think my way needs to be adjusted because I spend way way too much time, I think, on one question. I need to have more questions ready and rattle them off faster to keep it moving faster. That's what I got from this video.

  • You can give those 1 billion bills to the winners. Hehe.

  • Very good i like it :):)

  • Nice job bro.God bless.

  • Do you really think behaving like a confidence trickster is the way to attract good people to your god?

Disgraceful antics, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • @unixhead101 Said by a very religious Atheist.

  • @amy2x "religious Atheist" Please try to come up with something original, what's next? perhaps it's that I must have more faith than a christian, to believe in atheism... Yawn!

  • Creative ways to draw people to the gospel message, that's wonderful! I applaud you guys.

  • haha...what a snake luring people into hear that nonsense. They claim to be Godly but act just like the snake from the bible.

  • @situated Jesus said He will make us fishers of men, and the money is the bait, the shiny object. Jesus also used water as a conversation with the woman at the well, and everyone there hears the whole counsel of God.

  • @Shoots1978

Yes, Jesus took a natural thing and turned into something spiritual... that's not the same as holding out money to gain followers/crowd and then changing it over. It's just a little different... Jesus even did miracles for the glory of God, and it gained a crowd/followers... but this is not that.

The Word of God is the bait... read the parable of the sower...

This is carnal means, it's that simple.

  • @droptozro Yes attack evangelism, you are glorifying God well. Do you even watch a whole session? They do not keep using "carnal" means to keep people around. Once the crowd is there its Gospel message from there out.

  • @JesusforLife2

"attack evangelism" ---no, I wouldn't attack---why do people despise correction? Do you read the Scriptures? correction is loving... Go read Proverbs

I understand they don't "keep" using it, I just don't see it useful... it's worldly methods, that's all. Think about it, if we're followers of Jesus---would you see Jesus handing out money/trivia questions to gain people around? Do you see any example of that in Scripture? If not, then you're using man-made methods.

  • @droptozro You do know we cant do miracles to draw a crowd like Jesus did right? Anything else is by your definition "man-made". Is this really about something so trivial and foolish as drawing a crowd or is it because you are biased against WOTM for being Calvinists?

  • @JesusforLife2

I still hear of miracles being done all the time by believers(and I don't mean those in huge seminars/false healings).. but I haven't yet to see one in person, doesn't mean they're not happening though. God worked miracles through Paul and many other apostles from the Scriptures.. so I find it hard to understand why it still cannot be done.

I'm glad they are out there preaching the law/Gospel even if I'm against Calvinism... this is just correction--the above method is worldly

  • @droptozro Miracles..... Yeah you hear about them... but no one ever sees any that aren't better explained by a natural event.

  • @Shoots1978 His counsel doesn't exist. Just another version of morality with harsher consequences if you don't act like a servant to god.

  • @Shoots1978 Yeah... be a fisher for men.... and what do fishermen do with the fish they catch? They KILL and SELL them for someone to EAT. Great analogy there. Jesus wants you to be a cannibal? Like your "good shepherd"... who cares for his flock of sheep so he can EAT them later.

Your god is seriously messed up.

  • @jwissick

lol you are so mess up. You don't even know how to apply an analogy properly, being so perverted.

"Yeah... be a fisher for men.... and what do fishermen do with the fish they catch? They KILL and SELL them for someone to EAT. Great analogy there. " I can't believe you ability to understand is so limited or perverted. Why not continue in your perverse understanding... let me help fisherman stay long time out at sea away from their family, so Jesus is saying stay away from family LOL

  • @jwissick What you just wrote is plain stupidity and out of ignorance. If God is messed up then why do I see such perfect laws in math, physics, musical etc.?? Not to mention MORAL laws too - wich most definetly you hate. But don't worry, in 60 years you'll most probably meet the "messed up God" you're THINKING He is and all of a sudden you'll realise you've been living a lie. That realisation won't be able to save you then my friend. Be smart, be wise and think over on what you believe is true

  • @lucky258i No, idiot, it's another way of looking at the same thing.

  • @jwissick You don't make any sense with what you just wrote but yeah, whater you wrote...

  • @jwissick Are you a heretic, forming your own opinion. I would say more, but your a loser.

  • @situated

    How...

  • @aveyowyns Those are just schemes they use to get more people to listen to them. Look at how he says to fan out the money so more people will be attracted to him. And then when he has a bunch of people interested in winning money, he unloads the gospel like a fat deuce.

  • @situated I call that SMART and WISE what they do!! if you didn't REALISE this yet. PEOPLE ARE MONEY WHORES - they'll betray a friend for money!! So WHY NOT use money to lead them to truth. By the way they weren't using the cash while preaching. They used it for typical questions not related to the bible. Stop hating oh "self righteous one" and learn from these people cause the bible says "be wise as a serpent and humble as a dove" ; ) So if you can't use ur wisdom I feel sorry for you son.

  • @lucky258i I find it ironic that you are calling me out for not using wisdom. If you had used your wisdom in the first place, you would have never believed any of the non-sense that is said in the bible. It takes someone of stunning ignorance and tremendous nerve to believe that their holy book and religious teachings are the only way to heaven, and that the majority of the world has gotten it wrong and is now rotting in hell. Haha...please.

  • @situated Are you kidding me? The bible doesn't tell me if wether God exists or not, but it tells me to belive what God has promised, and He promised salvation!! Salvation that is not of works but of Grace that He gave through Himself. What other religion offers salvation without merrits? NONE!! ALL say that you have to be good to deserve heaven. Jesus said "NONE are righteous, no not one!!" I don't know IGNORANT can YOU be but I'll stick with the fact that I'll be saved by Jesus alone! Period!

  • @lucky258i That word you used, 'fact', I don't think it means what you think it means.

  • @lucky258i Everything that you just said in that sentence rests on your belief that Jesus is the son of God and that the only way to go to heaven is to submit yourself to Jesus Christ. You believe this so blindly, that you accept it as reality and think anyone who doesn't is delusional. You have no more proof or evidence than any other religion practiced on this earth, and you have no understanding of scientific theories and don't believe them because they conflict with your religion. IGNORANT

  • @situated No, I believe because I searched the FACTS and the facts lead me to repentance and trust in Jesus for my salvation. So yes I talk to Jesus - I'm not talking about the religious prayers that people repeat 5 times a day to keep the devil away. I'm talking about talking to God like I'm talking to a person. . You are dead spiritually and the thing of the spirit seem foolish to you. Search the facts repent and Trust Jesus.

  • @lucky258i I'm not sure which 'facts' you were 'searching', but more than likely they weren't really facts. Just blind speculation. When you say that you are 'talking to God', it's really just your subconscious thought that is answering you in such a way that is consistent with your beliefs. Maybe one day you will figure that out, but the longer you believe, the harder it is to walk away.

  • @situated read the other 2 paragraphs I wrote you lower. I don't think you read them..

  • @tzephon Such is the foolishness of the non-believer.

  • @situated One of the MANY facts is this passage from the old testament (proven that was written 700 bc) :

    Isaiah 53:

Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?

2 He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground.

He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.

3 He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.

  • @situated

Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.

4 Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.

    5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities;

the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

(read on in O.T if you are interested)

That alone should tell you of whom it speaks.

  • ...interesting, but this really just reminds me of the worldly church man... I would say skip this stuff... stick to the Gospel.

...worldly/carnal methods attract carnal people... which usually means you have to keep using carnal means to keep them around... the Gospel will be heard and not return void if it's preached properly irregardless of the trivia(l) games... I don't think you guys do a bad thing in this, just this seems to be a waste when the truth could be being preached.
