such a cutie... my bird almost broke its beak and i had to take care of it for a month almost. then we gained lotsa trust it lets me cuddle him (he is a parakeet) he is blue like urs the same look :D

It's a home fountain, I live in Holland, but you can use all sorts of little fountains/waterfalls for the budgies :) Just improvise!
