Hey! I've been watching these for months! I documented the cities that they center over so that I could determine whether it was coming from the ground and how often. I also wanted to see under what conditions they manifest. I did not notice that bad weather occurs after all of them. But that doesn't mean it doesn't. I study so many things online that it's hard to keep up with all that's happening. Thanks for this, I'll be watching!

Local news said we had a 2.5 quake at New Market,AL on Mar 20 and a 2.2at Elkmont ,AL on Mar 23 I heard what sounded like a sonic boom at 9:57 a.m.on Mar 20 both of these locations are within 30 miles of Browns Ferry Reactor.
Interesting how I've seen these anomalies many times on RADAR both from Louisville, KY's NEXRAD site near Fort Knox, KY, from the Ft. Campbell, KY radar site and from the Nashville, TN NEXRAD and yet they were followed by nothing but nice weather and no shaking of the ground. Very interesting.

BTW....most all radar products come from NWS (NOAA/Department of Commerce) radars. It is essentially on the software that is looking at the raw data differently. I'm not expert either...READ THE FACTS FIRST.
@dutchsinse The reason there's tornadoes within 24 hours of the rings is because the rings appear every day. Radars in clear air mode almost always show rings. Different scatterers within range of radars in precip mode sometimes create similar artifacts. There's a reason the top scientists in meteorology haven't bought in to this, because it shows no validity whatsoever. I could just as easily argue these rings show up every time there's going to be a sunny day.

What is the'definition line...not reading". i.e. at 3.08? I see the large angle. Does that mean that the instrument that is that is reading the radar stops at that angle and then another picks up the area beyond the angle? Those are radar sites, that's called "Doppler Echo". There are hundreds of radar sites all over the country. I have watched Dopper all my life and those rings have never been there man.

That is what causes the your so-called "haarp circles". Anyone with an IQ higher than that of a CARROT could see that. Oh, and since you seem to have missed this 'anomaly', I will explain it too. At about 4:00 you can see 'rain circles" developing around Springfield, IL. The "epicenter" of those circles is Lincoln IL radar site. The rings are called the 'cone of silence". It happens when rain and backscatter occur in the radar's "blind spot". But of course you're right and it's THE GUVMENT!!.

Had tornadoes in Iowa last night. Winterset was on the news. They mentioned 16 tornadoes. I live in Iowa. Just wanted to check in and let you know, we had severe weather already. I can't prove it definitively, but I have noticed a correlation between the "shooter" activity after a "HAARP ring" (or whatever the fuck it is) and the severity of the following event.
From what I have gathered imperically, the more... Agitated? The "shooters" are, the weaker the following storm/earthquake event will be.
I am beginning to think the "shooters" are parts of the overall frequency burst that were unable to successfully penetrate the surface because they happened to collide with something that is of a particular density or sitting at a particular angle. Maybe both.
This would also be a fitting explanation as to why we even notice the phenomenon. The "shooters" are simply perturbing the radar in the same way the main burst does.
Only way to test this is to count "shooters" and wait.

@Izaana. I wasn't able to see the rings the first time I watched this vid. Now watching it for the second time I can clearly see an "arc" of the circle. You won't see the "full" circle but you can see parts. It's a total red flag and does NOT look natural.

@jeremyelliott1 What can happen is that your surface winds can be out of one direction but your upper level winds can be out of the exact opposite direction. It made my head hurt going through meteorology school and trying to understand wind patterns. Hope this helps.

@jeremyelliott1 Now with radar you are measuring precipitation and not cloud cover. Pull up either a visual or IR satelitte imagery and see which way the clouds are moving.

We get plenty of chemtrails here on a regular basis, although I didn't pay attention today. Funny you mention this, I was watching a similar HAARP signature Sunday night that the center of the circle and appeared to be coming from pleasant hill, mo. That ring has been showing up for days !!! Been rings all over the east part of the u.s from Nebraska to D.C. I have some impressive screen shots. I have 4 huge rings in one shot, one even over D.C.

If you check that radar on "weather.gov" at NIGHT TIME, you will see MOST OF THE U.S. light up with HAARP Rings. For some reason, they are much more visible at night. Check back tonight, seriously.

What is the'definition line...not reading". i.e. at 3.08? I see the large angle. Does that mean that the instrument that is that is reading the radar stops at that angle and then another picks up the area beyond the angle? Is the instrument that is picking up these signals making that angle? Thanks for your help. Trying to understand how it works.

Those are radar sites, that's called "Doppler Echo". There are hundreds of radar sites all over the country. I have watched Dopper all my life and those rings have never been there man.

That is what causes the your so-called "haarp circles". Anyone with an IQ higher than that of a CARROT could see that. Oh, and since you seem to have missed this 'anomaly', I will explain it too. At about 4:00 you can see 'rain circles" developing around Springfield, IL. The "epicenter" of those circles is Lincoln IL radar site. The rings are called the 'cone of silence". It happens when rain and backscatter occur in the radar's "blind spot". But of course you're right and it's THE GUVMENT!!.

Wait, that was unfair.. I forgot I have to spell it out in crayon for people like you. Rain is not sensed by SATELLITE, it is sensed by RADAR on the ground. They satellites only see the clouds. Each radar site makes a little CIRCLE on the map, with its "epicenter" as you so dumbly call it being the radar antenna itself at the middle. When you look at the national "mosaic", you see all of the little circles at the same time! There are small gaps between them where the map is "blind"

Please, take a Remote Sensing 101 class to understand how all these "HAARP rings" are just atmospheric backscatter. It has to do with the weakening of the signal being sent out as it reflects particles. They're on the outskirts of virtually ever radar/lidar signature !!

I do not believe its haarp because all the leaders know about haarp and they also know about the ancient prophecies. If they though for one second it was haarp they would have already nuked us. They know its not haarp because large earthquakes take hundreds of years of pressure building up on the plates to happen. Now all the little quakes in the USA could be harp. Their trying to relieve pressure on the fault lines of the USA so a big one does not happen.

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble here, but clouds have always formed like that because of how their rotation produces magnetic current which moves clockwise and counter clockwise opposing charges just like in a hurricane. Had tornadoes in Iowa last night. Winterset was on the news. They mentioned 16 tornadoes. I live in Iowa. Just wanted to check in and let you know, we had severe weather already. I can't prove it definitively, but I have noticed a correlation between the "shooter" activity after a "HAARP ring" (or whatever the fuck it is) and the severity of the following event.
From what I have gathered imperically, the more... Agitated? The "shooters" are, the weaker the following storm/earthquake event will be.

I am beginning to think the "shooters" are parts of the overall frequency burst that were unable to successfully penetrate the surface because they happened to collide with something that is of a particular density or sitting at a particular angle. Maybe both.
This would also be a fitting explanation as to why we even notice the phenomenon. The "shooters" are simply perturbing the radar in the same way the main burst does.
Only way to test this is to count "shooters" and wait.

@Izaana. I wasn't able to see the rings the first time I watched this vid. Now watching it for the second time I can clearly see an "arc" of the circle. You won't see the "full" circle but you can see parts. It's a total red flag and does NOT look natural.

But Saturday was a hell of a storm, record, and I HEARD JETS over head all day During the storm. I post chemtrail videos and i Rarely hear the jets, even the low ones, say 25Kft are quiet. Now the wind has been blowing south west and the clouds are moving north east. Shouldn't the wind be blowing north east instead of south west. Please help me out cause this makes no sense to me. @jeremyelliott1 What can happen is that your surface winds can be out of one direction but your upper level winds can be out of the exact opposite direction. It made my head hurt going through meteorology school and trying to understand wind patterns. Hope this helps.

@jeremyelliott1 Now with radar you are measuring precipitation and not cloud cover. Pull up either a visual or IR satelitte imagery and see which way the clouds are moving.

I ONLY see the three small ripple rings around Omaha, Des Moines and Peoria in the one type of accuweather radar....NO BIG rings, have no clue what you are talking about., can't see them. I live in Manhattan Kansas, close to that area you were pointing at, or it looked that way. We were in a tornado watch from about 4 until 9 p.m. tonight, March 22. We get plenty of chemtrails here on a regular basis, although I didn't pay attention today. We do have a fault line near Arkansas City, and the last earthquake in Kansas (USGS) was in 2008 in that area. However, the Corps of Engineers received grant money that funded reinforcing the Tuttle Creek Dam due to cracks

Funny you mention this, I was watching a similar HAARP signature Sunday night that the center of the circle and appeared to be coming from pleasant hill, mo. Being near the Kansas City area pleasant hill is where the National weather services radars are located and now a tornado watch has been issued for the Kansas City Metro Area.

That ring has been showing up for days !!! Been rings all over the east part of the u.s from Nebraska to D.C. I have some impressive screen shots. I have 4 huge rings in one shot, one even over D.C.
By the way ~ did you notice the 3 lazers shooting out over the Atlantic ~ east of Jacksonville ~ right in the same origin that that supposed Earthquake took place in Florida. Something is going on w/where those beams are coming from. Also I have a photo of massive beams coming out of N.O.

OK Dutch, did you seriously NOT notice those other 30+ "HAARP Rings" on the last radar, on "weather.gov."? I have been trying to bring this to your attention for DAYS! That HAARP ring over St. Louis has been there since AT LEAST 03-17-2011. I got screenshots of it to prove it.
If you check that radar on "weather.gov" at NIGHT TIME, you will see MOST OF THE U.S. light up with HAARP Rings. For some reason, they are much more visible at night. Check back tonight, seriously.

They are in the vicinity of where that supposed earthquake happened in Florida. East of Jacksonville. On the right map you can see it very well. On NOAA's website you can see it well. Also the federal reserve is being forced this week to divulge its accounts, i wonder if this is the evil ones way of trying to stop it from happening. nothing would surprise me after building 7 on 911 being taken down to hide the money fraud

4 PM EDT USA and I'm seeing the same thing on Intellicast with massive overlapping rings-but this PC is too slow to record it. Our forecast called for 'rain' and turning cooler into the 40's by Thursday. We'll see if it changes. I see Arkansas is rattling again?!

i asked u in another vid, how do u i.d. the haarp "ray", and how are u sure? you have yet to reply, now u put this out? my grandma use to say,"everytime that shuttle goes up and punches another hole in the ozone, somewhere in the world, within a few days, someone will get a bad storm, somewhere." c'mon dutch, i was into your vids, but now, "lucy, u got sum splaining to do".

@jwgbmp40 brother Dutch is my boy NO different than BLUE> Dutch wil point out things NOONE else does. The HAARP thing still has me scratching my head. I get what you are saying. Please plug HAARP into search engine and go look. Ive started to do so and I am starting to buy into. SEVERAL dignataries world wide have or has made referenece to HAARP in last two weeks. Several countries leaders have said so in so many words. I'm still not convinced but go look

@PatriotWatchUSA I honestly can't see these 'rings" with the exception of the obviously small ones , so I'm glad to know someone else can ! I know "chemtrails" though ! Geeez, that's about all I see in the sky anymore. It puzzles me why no one else seems to notice. We can have a predicted "sunny day" and I swear in ten minutes the skies are ominous. Grabbing the dogs and running for cover. Strange.
