Budokai 3 had Dragon Arena and yes, you leveled up your character there, but I don´t know about this game...yet...! I will try and find that info for you. Thanks!

Vegeta didn't have his scouter when he fought goku because of the fact that he broke it. vegeta broke his after Goku showed up with a power level of 9,000... not to sound like a nerd but thats what i gathered from watchin the show.

I've seen a couple of trailers and from what I can tell, they look exactly the same as the B3 ones. I mean, at the least I'd like to see a variety of old Budokai stages back like the Muscle Tower stage with its respective music, Hell, from shin budokai etc.but yeah like I've said so far I haven't seen anything aside from B3's old ones

To me it seems more like budokai1 cut scenes cause it's more detailed and told better. the burst limit scenes are short and skip the important parts of the battle (vegeta vs cell) - budokai1 has the best story.I hope the remake the dragon rush like burst limit i liked theirs the best -

this game is gonna be so much better than burst limit i think except budokai 1, dbz sagas and super dbz all other dbz games on ps2 n psp are better then burst limit i mean burst limit is like budokai 1.5 its literally an upgraded version of it, im not sayin burst limit is shit, i mean i love all dbz games, but i dont think burst limit can be compared with this
