After the machine does all of the Dangerous "Hog Work" we put in 40 hours of Hand work to complete these.
BTW-- this the same method used by Fender-Gibson-Taylor- Paul Reed Smith- Martin - and all of the major manufacturers.

This is better than watching "How It's Made" (and I love that show)
