@vasetoend Yeah, I know what you mean, its marketing people that couldn't care about the skiing and just want to make profits. There the reason an affordable ski area gets more expensive. They market it to people who holiday but arn't often very good skiers /snowboarders and are happy to pay a lot for all in convenience and the "apres experience". Ok for them, not good for skiers/snowboarders who don't go to mountains for holidays but go for trips as its a part of their life / lifestyle
Yeah talk to me about how they destroy it, the nature there and the some of the best places for skiing. i was at Pamporovo during the summer and i saw some new buildings in there. They even cut one of the slopes to build a hotel, it's like all over Bulgaria at the sea shores too. Well anyway it will pass out in 2-3 years, hope we don't lose too much till then.

Some of the best skiing I have ever had actually, Val Thorens included.

Over a metre fell in 24 hours, along with what the snow cannons were pushing out. In fact, Ulen have just extended the season by three weeks because of the amount of fresh.

Some of the best skiing I have ever had actually, Val Thorens included.
