It has the same logo on the side of it as an Elex padlock I gutted one time; it was the cheapest padlock I had ever seen!

They are cheap indeed, and yes, due to massproduction at low costs: The mechanical tolerances inside of the lock are just AWEFULL!
But non-the-less, they are quite a challenge to pick... maybe due to the fact that they aren't solid builds.
Thx for the info! (Will try to get my hands on Elex, never heard of them before).

Well Some random facts about this lock:
*It weighs too freaking much!
*It contains 16 pins, most of them are mushrooms
*It is 75mm... which is even 10 mm more than the dear 266...
*It uses a cross key (which I think is fairly unique).
And... it's going out to Wizwazzle... hopefully you crack it m8!
