I think it's more about just a totally different method of training. Here in the US we work with less rein control and more seat and legs. My Arabian would dance around too if he was held in. We ride him with a loose rein. My Arabian stallion has competeted and won western pleasure classes aganist the American quarter horse. A horse will respond to the methods use to eather teach him to perform or force him to perform!
