Sounds like you have some good goals in mind. I keep trying to do better myself, and am off of the heart medication that they had me on last year, and am losing weight, and am down from 250 to 230, and am getting my shape back.
Haha you got cut off at the end. I guess youtube just doesn't like you. Good goals. Last year I said the same thing in the way of that I don't make resolutions but last year for the first time I did make goals. Good luck on accomplishing your goals this next year.
