thats not an s15 motor its an mr2 supercharged 4ag converted to turbo.. makes for a bad seller when its advertised wrong

@meldrian y would it lag? i use a gt2560r which is the same turbo in a silvia s15 and it lags more on a s15 then it does on my 4agze

@meldrian not realy, i was using a t28 and it use to get full boost 9psi at 4000rpm. now with a very similar turbo but ball bearing and newer design i get full boost at 3000rpm which is beter then most cars that come turbo from factory. the s15 turbo has a .63 ex housing, you can change to a .86 and it will lag abit but have a beter top end.

no that engine comes with the AFM but its not running the standard ECU anymore so its disconnected. but thats a 8-1CR MR2 4agze which has a distributor instead of the CAS and Coils. and it has a smallport head.

There is no AFM, hes running a MAP cut'n'shut smallport inlet manifold and what looks like a apexi power FC

Ehh.. It's a Japan car, no AFM for them to start with, also, I believe it's been swap with a kouki GZE engine with Redtop intake manifold then turbo kit instead of S/Ckit.

yeah right the 4agze have the AFM chek it out and i see now in the repley that yes have the valve covers of a GZE but alsow hace a aftermarket ECU chek it out in the front of the passenger seat but its a good swap enyway it just that i have a GE and im going TURBO so i just want to KNow but on my last reserch i think i find a good setup to eliminate it (AFM)

to eliminate AFM u can run a Standalone ECU system like HKS V-pro, PowerFC etc. which can turn out tobe running maps sensor. However, some kouki GZE does run map instead of AFM. GL
