same as me! there's a technique though. hold the clutch, rev up a bit. do a very light release of the clutch (not all the way! just a bit) and jerk the shifter up to neutral.
That bike has a lot of problems, and i am on to solve em. The shifter is not so tight, that causes some problem!:) And after a Pannonia its kinda different, its gears looks like: 0-1-2-3-4, and this bike has the normal 1-0-2-3-4-5. So its mine and the bike faults too.:)
