I hope Casey burns long and hard in the E Chair. Seeing her grinning and joking with her slime bucket lawyers makes me want to crawl thru the TV and choke her. Last night reveal on Nancy Grace that her dumbass mom, Cindy, gave Baez the court clothes with a Caylee bracelet hidden within a sock for Casey to wear! Is Cindy that dumb of a bitch? No wonder George wanted to kill himself. Granddaughter murdered by his daughter and wife obviously almost as whacked as Casey.
How could ANYone -your average, everyday, ordinary, relatively sane person - doubt that Casey killed her daughter? Given her behavior - the partying, not even mentioning her missing child, the internet searches, the lying, the odor in the car, the items found with the body, everything added together - all of that to be considered by a semi-sane juror - how could anyone doubt that she murdered her daughter?
They are going to go back to court somewhere between 45 and 60 days from today, Jan 30, 2009 to see how things are progressing on both ends especially Baez claiming he is still looking for "discovery" from the State. When you listen to the last part of the Motions Hearing you will hear it doesn;t look good for even this year for trail (not in so many words by the State).

She originally came into court with hand cuffs and leg shackels, however they took her out of court and removed the hand cuffs ONLY!
