The main thing I noticed at this game was how terrible Taylor Mays played. I'll admit, I haven't spent too much time watching him this year, but it looked to me like he is incredibly overrated. I GO TO IOWA, how am i a bandwagon fan? Iowa has the best record over the Sec the past 5 years, plus key plays and one of the top defenses in the country led Iowa to a 10-2 season. You can't sit there and say Iowa is not good, they beat Penn State 2 years in a row and took OSU into overtime, a team you guys were blown out by. There is no reason to argue this Oregon is not that good. The Big 12 was a nightmare this year, absolutely terrible (Texas was only team impressive).

Well if Oregon went undefeated and had hard scheduling then why wouldn't they have been in the NC? The Rose Bowl does not prove one thing the winner of the conference automatically goes to the Rose bowl of pac 10 and Big 10. The main thing I noticed at this game was how terrible Taylor Mays played. I'll admit, I haven't spent too much time watching him this year, but it looked to me like he is incredibly overrated. The Ducks made him look stupid over and over, by getting him out of position through sick play calling, and also just with pure athleticism in the open field. He was huffing and puffing with his hands on his hips all night. GO DUCKS!!

We're going to the Roses! Right now the Rose Bowl matchup is Oregon - Iowa and it's gonna stay that way if the Ducks stay strong! I'm a little paranoid looking back at the 2007 season where Dennis Dixon led the Ducks to a number 2 ranking. And then our sure to be Heisman trophy winner Dennis Dixon tore his ACL and Oregon lost 3 straight games. Oregon hasnt won anything regardless what Belloti's record was with them. Yes they won a Fiesta Bowl in 01 but thats it. The local newspaper overrate the Ducks every year into something that they arent. Thats a fact. Plus this isnt near any of USCs best teams from the last 6 or 7 years. Esp. on defense.
