I mean, if you're around the touristy places and the CBD, you're probs not gonna meet a lot of 'cool' Aussies and that. But you might like travelling around a bit before you make your perception my friend haha. Get out of the cities and into the towns, talk to some fellas and you'll be walking home with a smile on your face.

@AmericansMakeMeSick Hahaha!! That's what you get for living in Sydney. I think you should get out more often, get away from the city as far as possible and head to the country side. Most Aussie actors come from humble beginnings from little towns or the countryside. You will find the further you get away from where you live the more relaxing it gets. City folks anywhere in Aus can be a snobby bunch from my experience. You can't judge us from just living in Sydney. Unfair call!

I always get the feeling he is not appreciated enough in his homeland, that great guy, so talented...even in his GQ aussie magazine interview it felt like that...I wish I could have a copy of that, but couldn't find one in Athens...

that's strange to get an interview with Alex because Hawaii Five-0 is on here in Australia on channel 10 not 7

I"m really surprised he even taked about his Bond Audition because he said recently to Jetstar magazine he doesn't like talking about it because it was too embarrassing for him.

I have to agree you can see that Alex's role on the show he does look good to be the next Bond the way he acts talks and looks like a James Bond. I hear he is good at a British accent as well
