I figured out the lyrics today but there's not enough room (and apparently it's illegal) to post them here. The song is set around Victoria BC (esp. the Johnson St. Bridge). These are the lines I had trouble with: let the bascule rise...bringing the plank deck down.. past Lime Bay.. lay this cursed burden down.. it's the weight you cannot see.
