Walter Barnes was hilarious in this movie. He also starred in a few Clint Eastwood films. He also played the main fighter Tank Murdock in "Every Which Way But Loose".
For Grand theft Auto he did and in that film it made sense, they wanted to stop the Rolls without wrecking it. In this film its just slapped in for no good reason. The police car originally blew up because a redneck threw some dynamite into the trunk which was open from an accident but in this film the car just blows up for the heck of it.
Outside of "Plan 9 From Outer Space" and "Smokey and the Bandit 3" it is the worst movie ever made! After you watch this movie a while you start to lose interest. Its the same crap over and over.
"you better have a hot plate of spaghetti-o's and plenty of beer" = best line ever!!!

5:10 = I'm sure that its common to see black vans with a ramp on their side in the middle of the road and cop cars that have combustable trunks.
