  • It's a firewood processor, and they are quite expensive.

  • all designs like this have a basic flaw in terms of speed. Why does the cutting and splitting have to be sequential? Both the cutter and splitter should be occurring concurrently so there is no wasted time.  Perhaps it is a matter of hydraulic flow capacity, but I find that hard to believe.
