@exposer274 If every police department was this much in touch with the community they serve, there wouldn't be any public out crys of police brutallity, abuse of authority, and excessive force, or maybe you just like seeing cops shoot people. You should be glad that some cops actually try to reach out to the community. Before I seen this video, I really thought that there was no hope for cops. I thought that they were all just donut sucking robots on a testosterone trip.
