im using a last wish phaseblade and it gets the ubers down to 5% realllly fast but then they regenerate faster than i can do damage. would a grief solve this?

@ian55554 Potentially, as Grief gives you more straight up Smite damage than LW would, using LW does rely more on Crushing Blow, which does less and less the lower the health of the Ubers get. Does depend on the rest of your gear, though, and I haven't played in several months so it has mostly slipped from my mind what does what (other than +dmg on Grief, and Life Tap proc on LW), try a forum (D2JSP, or something from google, I think diabloiii forums or something).

how the fuck did u get so advanced?! i though my 600 health as a druid was cool. u have 2500 . is this like next stage games? where u like finish the game but start again and units in the 1st act are stronger than in previous 5?

@trifio5242 Yes, that's what the "Difficulty: Hell" portion of the text in the top-right corner of the screen means. It means I did that twice. First, I completed the game on Normal, then again on Nightmare, and then again on Hell - which is the only difficulty most of the end game works on - Ubers, Dclone, Keys.

How can I do this? I'm trying on tcp/ip and open battle net but it's not working. I've added 3 of each of the keys using a hack program to test it. However I can't transmute them in the cube in a hell act 5? Any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

@mikeyb2k9 It only works on closed battle.net. You can not (legitimately) access this content on Single Player or Open Battle.Net (including tcp/ip). You can get the keys, but not access Tristram or the three suped-up Lesser Evils.

@AngusBeef1688 Possible, but this is the first I've heard of it. Then again, I never read any of the patch notes (if there even are any) for any patch. Lemme know if you find out for sure, I don't keep up to date on that kind of thing right now (since I don't play D2 right now).

@darthruneis I heard it from a friend. I just checked out the patch notes and they did remove it in 1.13.

Btw how did you get your map on the left side of the screen? I can only get it on the right side and when I move it with my directional keys it will disappear half way across the screen.

@AngusBeef1688 I just used the mini minimap option or whatever it is. Something in the options does that for you.

Sugjestion: Preview your videos before you post them. If your pronunciation of S is louder then your talking... maybe you should talk louder.

@MaxedHardware Suggestion, spell Suggestion properly when Suggesting something to someone. I did preview the video, but my software at the time was terrible and didn't feel like re-recording the speech. I'm not entirely sure why the S's sound as they do, it might just be how I talk, it might've been the microphone - which was crap.

What are all these weird items you have? Are the torches etc multiplayer only?

@DGneoseeker1 Yes, and some of the other items I had may have been Ladder only (I can't remember which, if any, were). Torches and Annis are only obtainable (legitimately) on Ladder and Non-Ladder Battle.Net, NOT Open Battle.Net or Single Player.

@DGneoseeker1 well you can play online with them in Open, but no, you can't take them onto closed Battle.Net. single player characters can be hacked, that is why.

@xAweeZx Heh yeah I find myself doing that all the time, I stopped playin D2 shortly after makin this vid, kinda wanting to start playing it again, though. Starting up always sucks, trying to get your first few HR/HR value items or FG.

@evilleprachaun8cake Smite build, look it up (google), I can't remember everything off the top of my head, suffice to say 20 smite 20 holy shield 20 fanatacism 20 devotion (I think) some points into the resist auras, etc.

@maybeidontexist Yeah, why wouldn't it? It does the +skill +stat +res just like for any other class/spec. The drawback to using one is that you can't pick up new torches, but there are ways of getting around this.

@doods91 Yes, but even then, a Diablo II character can only ever have one torch on them, so you can have a maximum of 8 per Account.

I use Enigma on my smiter.. sure you miss out on the ED% from COH but you don't have to mess around with other mobs, just go right to the boss. The extra STR is also worth quite a bit of life.

I don't use torch on smiter, so he can pick up new torches..

for uber meph, use 1-point salvation.

@SacreDro I actually only played for a short while the time I made this vid. I'd say a month maybe? Its really not too difficult to get 'wealth' in D2 if you know what you're doing. Some items drop with sockets, or you can add sockets via an Act V quest (the first one) to kill Shenk the Overseer.
