Dude looked like a small flea from that distance. I couldn't even mark him. He had another sniper next to him who was a bit closer and slightly hiding behind a small ditch. I had to use him as a reference point. I couldn't believe it. I was like "Holy Sh...!"

My best is 473 on kharg island some snipers stand on the aircraft carrier without moving and make easy targets. If you're at the farthest away while still being able to see, you can easily line up a 650+ shot

Its cool and all that people do this; who hasnt tried some long shots? But its SUPER frustrating when people go recon game after game and do knob all to help with objectives. Then they say "well i'm taking attackers/defenders out" - fuck that, no you're not. Recon is my faveourite class, but it isn't an excuse to stay 1000 meters away and not plant or defuse. I know: you can play however you want. And you should want to play objective; this isn't COD.

@WartrioBob Thats exactly what CoD is. But BF3 is in no way "realistic" bullets go through trees, vehicles dont have a health bar. For example, even if you spent all day shooting a tank with a pistol, you would never get anywhere. The tank has ARMOR protecting it, not a long healthbar.
