I am from England. But technically there is. Follow this if you can. England, Scotland, Wales and N/Ireland are in Britain, right ? Stay with me. The reason saying a 'British' accent is so ridiculous is because some accents within Britain are hardly even mutually intelligible - my Mum has great trouble trying to understand our lodger from Liverpool!
