  • haha try imitating a Yorkshire Accent, west or east are best!

  • make love to me, not just for fun, but for reproduction, plzzzz

  • I am from England. But technically there is. Follow this if you can. England, Scotland, Wales and N/Ireland are in Britain, right ? Stay with me. So if I speak with a English accent, England being in Britain, or a Scottish accent, Scotland being in Britain, Doesn't that mean they are all British accents. Think about it for a while.

  • Is the expert village woman the one that says "hot Kwoffa" for hot coffee lol You would think she would give it a rest with all the brits basically screaming at her to shut up

  • uhm, if there is no such thing as a British accent... how is there an American accent?

  • @ThePlayerinnnn Americans have an accent closer to the Elizabethan one in England during say Shakespeare's time.

  • @ThePlayerinnnn She's saying that there's not just one British accent, there's shitloads of them. Just like there are shitloads of American accents. I think she's trying to say that people often associate the British Accent with one type (basic) but really there are loads more so it's a misconception.

  • You're american accent was actually good. (: btw i have an american accent O_o

  • I'm not to bothered about accents, the thing that annoys me a bit is when Americans call football "soccer"

  • @EquinoxShane If you say "football" in the states, most people will assume you're talking about American football because it's an extremely popular sport here. So international football is referred to as "soccer" here to distinguish between the two. It's just a cultural difference.

  • Britain-Wales, Scotland and England

U.K- Wales, Scotland, England and Northern Ireland

You should know this since you are English! I'm English and I know that!

  • Cute... O_o

  • lol you spoke awesome like in an american accent :)

  • can u say nigga? =)

  • Hey cuzzie greetings from Australia

  • i would deffinitly fuck her!

  • Wow. You sounded EXACTLY like an American. Good job from Florida!

  • english, scottish, and northern irish accents are british accents. by definition. not very useful, but still, british accents exist.

  • @arsenelupin123

    Also, you're lovely.

  • @arsenelupin123 actually no, she said "british accent" not "british accents"...irish, scottish, and every single county in england sound different!

  • Am: You're so retarded

Other: Aaaw that sounds so nice. Thanks

  • Southern English. Definitely Southern.

  • DAMN, YOU SEXY!!

  • Great

  • we have so many accents,im supprised people around the world dont know this?a tiny preportion of english people speak like this, most parts of england have heavy accents,we dont all speak like the queen, americas the same, there are alot of different accents there too,but everyone talks like all americans speak in a californian way..ppl need to educate themselves

  • why are you talking so slowly!!!!!!!!

  • Whaaaa? There's an American accent?

  • i do not really care about what you said but you are bloody cute

  • nice one!!

  • No such thing as a British accent... do you think there is a thing like an american accent? America is in fact two CONTINENTS yeah.. well.. hehe just thought i would point that out to you... See where your logic kind of backfired on you there?

  • @trudesss A lot of UK people keep saying there is no such thing as a "British accent". I don't really agree with that. I think there are different types of British accents.

  • u say "quite" instead of "very"...... i am going to start saying "quite" instead of "very" xD

  • you have a nice american accent

  • heyyy im german

  • 46,000-316,000 dead Nigger thugs in Haiti I call it a bonus...

  • first of all, mightyiggster... american* anyways, it was buggin me. and your american accent was pretty dang good XD kinda californian (i'm from cal) anyways, yeah so i was watching another video by a scottish girl saying like the same stuff about that video with the bean, and the garage and stuff.

  • i love you..

  • I love how people think that saying "Just sayin" after something makes it okay. Just like saying "no homo" after saying something gay doesn't just make it straight?

    "NICE DICK NO HOMO"

    "FUCK YOU JUST SAYIN"

    Doesn't make it okay..

People also exaggerate English accents when they try to speak in them..(people who aren't English, Americans, etc.)

  • @LolxItsxIan it's not just with english accents, whenever i tell people i'm zimbabwean, they try to do the accent and end up totally butchering it. i've only heard one good attempt from a non-zimbabwean in about three years :/

  • @harknessj112 yeah :| people.

  • @LolxItsxIan Um, yes it does.

  • @NehemiahDC Fuck you, just saying.

  • i LOVE how she put "So maybe just not bring that up? Yeah cool." makes her even cuter in some way :)))

  • Nice british accent..........

  • Oh my word, you're so right about 'You're So Retarded'

Sounds very sarcastic and mean in your well loved english voice but actually funny and nice as a californian.

  • u r cute but stupid sry im just sayin

  • i didn't really like this. i couldn't hear her that well. and i think that mythelou's videos are better

  • hey your hot why should i care how stupid you are :)

  • Britain is UK and Ireland. Ireland is detached from the United Kingdom except the north. The UK is known as "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland"

Great Britain is the actual island piece that holds England, Scotland and Wales together.

I hope this helps everyone's confusion about your stupidity

  • I like her eyebrows.

  • Comment removed

  • @ashlipizza Did you really spell "Americans" wrong? lol

  • she copyed this video from someone else

  • Your fit as fuck!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Haha I don't find it insulting if somebody tries to talk like an American there are tons of different accents here though. But hey accents are just speech patterns and there is nothing insulting about that. Trying to say hello or something like an American isn't saying American people are______ so nobody should even care really.

  • hetalia ?? :D

  • Lol when you so your retarded with an accent it does sound meaner XD.

  • dont worry ur doin great,im american.i dont insult, ill teach you american if u want to learn.im 13.all i can say is keep tryin!

  • no one can hear you?

  • You are bloody beautiful.

  • ur beautiful

  • Northern Ireland is not in Britain, it's in the United Kingdom. GB = Eng/Sco/Wal, UK = Eng/Sco/Wal/N.Ire

  • i say *beeeeen* not *bin* and in english, but im from a different part on the uk

  • when you said "your so restarted" in an american accent it sounded perfect! haha an i love your hair (:

  • Hi I just made a "how to speak with a British accent" video please watch and subscribe thanks!!!:)

  • i wish i had and english accent. they sound so classy.

  • On the movie "my fair lady," he does say "again" how the american woman said you guys do.

  • @buzybaba we say it like you guys do ?

  • I was looking for something completely different and I found your video, it's actually quite funny. If I may say, for people that are not native english speakers (including me), it's so much easy to understand the various british accents rather than the american ones.

    Greetings from Argentina!

  • @k2o89 That's true. English accent sounds much more "cleaner" in some way! (I'm from sweden btw)

  • *how

  • There's not a strictly 'American' accent, either, it varies deeply depending on what part of the US you're from. Just though I'd point that out, since you were quick to point out there's no real 'British' or even 'English' accent, either. ;)

That being said, for some reason it's nice to hear someone from Britain admit they botch our accents as much as we botch theirs. We're all human, I guess.

  • THNL - too hot, not listening

  • @JJsHeart hehe XD i have a southern england accent lol.. more certain.. london area.. anyways i didnt learn it LOL i just was born with it.. but yea.. here.. girls go mad over it hehe.. guys.. want a brit accent?.. born again and ask for a british dad haha :D .. and hiho jjs <3!! "a stranger just hearted you"...

  • Really hot

  • your "you're retarded" sounded perfect :)

  • You actually did a good job on the 'you're retarded' thing haha xD

  • Ur hot ; )

  • Your eyebrows don't match your hair.

  • @Meeeeeeabs if u think she is a chav u are deluded

  • @Meeeeeeabs u spud

  • lol DUUDE!!

then 2nd time u said "ur so retarded" was a PERFFECT american accent!

    nice work,ahaha

  • omg its kelly from misfits.

  • Looool Just No Comment xDD

    Like it ! Thanks.

  • bupbupbupbup oi-oh bupbup! <----COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE RESPONSE! Anyway, I've always wanted to live over there and pick up whatever way people were talking cuz damn, I think speaking like that is so FUCKING-SEXY. Don't worry, just being a man.

  • I like British accents :D btw you're cute

  • Northern Ireland isn't in Great Britain either. It's in the UK, not in Great Britain.

  • looks like a fox Loooool

  • thumbs up if you came here coz a beauty small picture

  • i have ancestors from the uk

  • your really cute :)

  • @leodiebel completely understandable, but the US is almost 42 times larger than Great Britain. So it's not like we can't not have different accents and dialects just here in the states.

  • Oh the irony. Yes, there isn't just one British accent, but there isn't just one American accent. Just off the top of my head, there's accents for NYC, Boston, Southern, Southeastern, Midwestern, Northwestern, black people, Hispanics, and people who poorly imitate other accents. Lol. But good Stereotypical American accent.

  • @MrBrentFallon BUT America is one country. The reason saying a 'British' accent is so ridiculous is because some accents within Britain are hardly even mutually intelligible - my Mum has great trouble trying to understand our lodger from Liverpool! And when someone from Newcastle speaks quickly, you've not got a chance (unless you're from the area :P) i think we have more dialect words rather than just differences in accent.

  • @djpablito I definitely agree. Your American accent sounded pretty convincing. I live in the South, so it sounds pretty similar hahaha

  • You made the best point at the beginning, "THE BRITISH ACCENT" does not exist. That sums it up. You can't teach something that does not exist.

  • Holy shit! ..... I lived in wokingham up untill grade 4. Then moved to Australia an completely lost my accent.. So I stumbled upon this video and I watched you say all the different words... and its exactly how I say them!!!

  • Plenty of British singers loose their accent on most of their songs.

  • Your American wasn't bad at all! I'm from Chicago and that's exactly how we say it. However, it still is sort of offensive to call someone retarded here, although I wouldn't expect you to know that since i'm sure you don't spend much time in the States.

  • i love you

  • I'm British and say bEEn and agAIn, it's just depends on one's regional dialect. Saying b-I-n and ag-E-n is are Americanism which have arisen from Englishmen consuming American media, which has altered their accent to sound more American.

  • @greatbritishmale

    It's a travesty...

  • Any other Hetalia fans love the fact that this British chick has blonde hair and really, um...Arthur-ish eyebrows? *giggle*

  • @Bmo208 Awkward times when 'this British chick' happens to be a fan of Hetalia and is disappointed by your unoriginal insult.

  • @JJsHeart LOL Hetalia. I find her eyebrows quite beautiful, actually. I wish I had those dark eyebrows :)

  • @JJsHeart Northern Ireland is in the UK not Britain

  • @JJsHeart I'm not sure it was an insult but rather a fun fact she wanted to point out

Tbh i thought the same thing but i thought it was totally awesome because Hetalia rocks ^w^

    Loved your video

...Never ever believe expertvillages videos they're all crap xD

  • Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, but not part of Britain - hence the expression "The United Kingdom of Grant Britain and Northern Ireland." By the way - the simpler part of mimicking a British (or English accent) is to stop pronouncing t as a d - the word is butter, not budder, water not warder. Do that and you're halfway there.

  • The whole thing about "you're so retarded", you're completely right. It does really sound more offensive in a "british" (would the correct terminology be English?) accent, than in an American accent.

Thanks for the brief history lesson. :D

  • Every Brit knows that the Republic of Ireland is not part of The United Kindom Of Great Britain. Britain also includes the Channel Islands.

  • you landed on ur wot? ....boobies?

  • northern Ireland is not in Britain

  • Comment removed

  • @DaveyCe Do u mean in the fact that it is in the UK but not in Britain because it is called The United Kindom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland?

  • I think the reason she is able to say " You're retarded" in an American accent is because thats what every American says to her.

  • Do we need to go into the history of Ireland? Haha...

  • Is it wrong that this gave me a boner?

  • @fuducker2 sort of

  • You're really hot

  • -cat whitles at you- damn love, what's your name hun?

  • hahahha;) love how your correcting the american woman:D right onnn, i have the same accent as you i think ;) (im from england.)

  • @Iloverock2571 Your knowledge of politics and geography is ... well about normal for YouTube posters.

  • "I don't know if Ireland is included" - *Facepalm*

  • American accent is bloody awful! Good job girl!

  • Your doing the accent wrong .

  • Hey .. this isn't Jersey Shore

  • @Twintons2 there's also a ton of American accents (probably not as many as Britain, bit still a lot), and it seems like most people who try and imitate an American accent simply go with a slightly southernism accent from about Tennessee or the carolinas

  • @Thefrickenator what's funny is that accent is the closest phonetically to the accent the settlers had.

  • WOO! u tell those Americans! it always annoys me when they say 'British Accent', when theres like, LOADS of different accents

  • @Twintons2 Which is why we say A British accent not THE British accent... A implies there are more than one, it's the plural phrasing.

  • I fucking love this.

  • cute <3

    I like your eyes :)

  • You say "you're so retarded" perfectly. You nailed it.

  • PO POLSKU SUKO

  • <333

  • @MrAmericaRules ok ok.. sorry mate... chill... damn!! :D

  • Do you say rubbish?

  • Your very beautiful and love your accent
