It's fun to speculate - but.... one forgets that the Beatles continued very successfully after Paul's alleged death. So, Paul's replacement would have to not only resemble him, but also have the voice, the musical talent, and be able to maintain the group dynamic - especially with John. Paul's dead? A non-starter. But, it is still fun.
If the Beatles really wanted to let it out that Paul was dead, why wouldn't they just say it, instead of leaving all these cryptic messages in songs and on album covers? And I'd really like to see some proof for the Look-alike contest...I mean this stuff is fascinating and all, but there's not enough solid proof. I'd sooner believe this was a publicity stunt.

There was no possibility of plastic surgery because George describes, Paul's head was split in two and his teeth were torn out--with one molar sticking through his cheek and his hair had been burned off. First you need to be presented with the evidence, and an understanding of the luciferian doctrine is of major benefit. If you don't want to look into it then don't.
