;PP

  • They look so much better with a docked wish my pup was

Hunde sollen ihren Bewegungsdrang in keinen Garten ausleben.

  • Me and my girlfriend have one, too.

    Very beautiful dog here ;)

  • such a nice dog and also so active :)

  • beautiful!

  • the dog wont miss its tail its like having your tonsils out

  • @pppaullll Actually, you are wrong. Dogs use their tail to communicate with other dogs. A certain type of wag indicates playfulness. A tail between the legs can indicate submissiveness. There is so much more. Obviously a dog can function just fine without a tail, trust me, I've had two Rotties. That said, it has an effect. Now, as for the asthetics, that Dogue does look pretty good with the docked tail.

  • Yes i understand that now body language sort of thing

  • Also better for a guard dog to have a docked tail so the intruder finds it haeder to read the dogs intentions i think anyway

  • He is really beautiful! I love these dogs I love my beautiful dog!

  • Many Bordeauxes are born with broken or disfunctional tail. Thats why some (of course not all) are cut off.

  • Why is the tail cut? Bordeauxes are rarely to never cut (different to Doberman, Boxer). Face and body are great!

  • Theres something missing on your dog.....?

    It's called a Tail!

NO dog should lose it's tail over an owners preference, taste or fashion!

If it was due to a medical then that would be fine but no one should chop off a dogs tail for vanity.
