Huskies talk like that when they see someone they know.
My Rex acts like he doesn't know me when I get home.
Then it is whoo whoo whoo and loves to push against me for attention.
Huskies rule glad to see a husky baby make it home finally.
Huskies aren't dogs they are family.

She doesn't look that thrilled to see "daddy" because even if he was "in Siberia" he should have left her in safe hands that would have taken her out BEFORE the storm. Shame on "daddy" -- and I think that is what she is telling him here!
