  • this is perfect! for some reason my paintbrush tool doesnt work properly and whitens anything but smiles,lol...thanks so much!!!

  • It could be that you have the strength to high

try turning it down a bit.

  • it's amazing how scaly skin looks upclose! O_o

  • music by queen lol, shame about that mistake. good tutorial.

  • lol, thank u soo much. its amazing how ps can hide ur imperfections

  • When I use the Magic Wand tool to select the teeth, not all of the teeth are selected (such as in your video) but how did you fix that so all the teeth are selected? I tried holding down the control key and doing it but that didn't work. Help?

  • Sorry it took so long to get back to you. If you're still having trouble. If after making the initial selection you need to include more then use the shift key (you should see a plus sign) and click. Using the CTRL key takes away from a selection.

  • SUPERRR

  • just use the toothbrush tool duh its easier

  • Easier, maybe. What about the earlier versions of PSP that don't have the tooth brush?

Not to mention instances when the tooth brush doesn't provide an adequate result.

  • Thanks i figured it out last night;) but i was comparing this method with the tooth brush in PSP X2 and i get the same results with the strength set to 50%.

  • Hi great tutorial, but 1 question i have my magic wand tool the same as your settings but when i click on the teeth it puts those marching ants all over the face, why is it doing that?

  • The settings I used were for my photo. Yours may be different. Make sure you're MODE= "Replace", MATCH MODE="color", Tolerance= (start with 20 instead of 25), CONTIGUOUS is "Selected".

Either your tolerance is to high or Contiguous isn't selected.

Let me know how it turns out.

  • oh so that`s what magic wand doe`s ahhhhh cool thanks :)

  • Hi! I can't select all the teeth with the magic wand. How can I do?

  • Hold the CTRL key down after your intitial selection with the magic wand. You should see a +sign (as in the video) now click on areas not selected as shown.

    Hope this helps.

  • My Paint Shop Pro wont open! Why is this happening?

  • thx for the vid....i still think the program is a bit pricey.........99$

  • Have you seen Adobe Photoshop? Like $700

  • omg really i didnt know that thx for the info =)

  • Haha you're welcome.

  • igot adobe photoshop for 500$ then igot another for free

  • i hacked adobe photoshop

  • wow the most replies to a comment i postede lol

  • download it dont buy

  • Very good, cept for the music. :) Gave it 5 stars. I have this program and don't know squat on how to use it.

I have been using Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.0 from year 1999. It was a powerful program for the price, FREE with my purchase of a Sony Vaio notebook computer.

X2 is an awesome program, but it's going to take me a long time to use it like you are able to do.

  • isn't there a toothbrush tool under blemish fixer?

  • Yes there is. Like photoshop there are always several ways to accomplish a task.

This method is quick and allows for better control.

  • Exactly, the toothbrush tool doesn't always work perfectly. Sometimes you get uneven coverage using the toothbrush.(White spots in the teeth) The method demonstrated here gives you control on the amount of coverage, and you won't get those white spots you sometimes get with toothbrush.

  • Thanks for the great and easy to understand tutorials, it seems you have a different version of PSP, I'm using PSP8 but the tutorials are very helpful and easy to follow, Thanks!!

  • The version I use now is X2. Thanks for the comment.
