one you need a better graphics card and two that would be considerd railing and not allowed on most servers ( NOT ALL )

U Jump on the pillar the overlooks the allyway with the box in it and do a sprint jump off the pillar

It takes a few tries but it works

OR take a plane or copper and fly there alot easier but karkand doesn't allow that
