I would only recommend one thing. I'd only move the knife across the belt, moving it from the handle to the tip. I see you do it both directions, and you run the remote possibility of digging the tip into the belt (especially the leather strop) when moving towards the tip, and if it happens, it might puncture the belt or strop and ruin it, and worse, it might even get away from you and become a dangerous projectile. Not real probable, but if it happens, you'll wish it hadn't. Happy Sharpening.
Remove the back plate and table and you have the worlds best knife Sharpener. Run cold water on the knife and keep the heat down also use a steel or leather strop to finish and you will have a razor sharp knife.
I can sharpen my knives in no time. However . . . . reprofiling can take all day with my method! I would love to have one of those to get a new angle on my blades (which I do with every knife I buy). Good vid. 5!

Apart from grinding away metal on a sanding belt do you really have any idea about knife sharpening??
