  • Hey man do not do heavy all the time your body will not grow and well not have time to reapair go heavy on week and light the next you will feel a shock and its good for your body try this man.

  • I think some of the younger guys can learn something from you . This is how me and some buddies got started back in the day we had an old vinal DP set , we did heavy bench , deadlifts and squats for like a yr or so and i tell you if the younger guys would just concentrate on the basics they would not need roids and all these other " fancy" muscle builders . keep doin what ur doin man go big or go home

  • @steelcurtain1977 wow this video is almost 8 months ago. i rewatched it for the heck of it. I sure was cut and skinny hehe. I weighed around 188 there which was way too thin for my height. up im to 219 now, and much bigger and stronger. My form is much much improved than what is showing here. I still lift big for the most part.

  • @bigtslider i guess you mean 65 for the incline dumbbell press? shoudl i do a lower weight and not get a burn? I push myself, and this video was me recording my last few reps to show how hard i was pushing myself. Also this video is months old. No clue what i am doing on incline dumbbell cause i do incline barbell press now.

  • Thanks for the reply, you are still doing goo much, 4 days a week training and cardio as basketball, I saw you had 3 days of rest but how in what in bewween? comibnation you have is great but what is your sequence?, cardio and weight training has to be dviided equally, I try to tell my buddies this they have joint probems, be smart to your body and do it in moderation thats all. thanks

  • I appreciate your dedication to working out in this video, warrior mentally! but! long work outs and 6 days a week trainging is old news. Recovery Period is essential, the longer your work out more cortisol you release. I cut down 2 to days a week 72 hours between workouts and have gotten stronger and leaner. Just my thoughts.

  • @dannyc28025 i appreciate your comment, but i never said i workout 6 days a week. I heavy lift 4 days a week, and on one day i will play basketball. So i have 3 days rest in a row. I do two muscle groups per day, and i work them really hard. I believe in how much recovery period is important. That is why i don't work out a muscle group more than once per week. And im still getting stronger and leaner. So it is working for me, and i still get 3 days rest.

  • @dannyc28025 i really dont think 1 hour a day for 4 days a week and a few hours of basketball 1 day a week is too much, but that is my opinion, and that is yours.

  • Whew good. Didn't read other posts. Sorry you keep getting "beat over the head". Injuries absolutely SUCK in every way imaginable. Keep your shoulders rolled back, chest puffed out and stick your butt out when you hinge at the hips. Looking good. Eat like a cow to put on mass...but eat the right things!

  • try not to swing as much wen doin bicep curls, if u want big gains do them slowly and with control, trust me but either than that congrats with the p90x program, i lost 80lbs a while ago and started lifting weights but i just did it on my own even though i wanted to use the p90x haha

  • @VeganFit Thanks. My form is not it's best on some of the exercises because these are recording of my 3rd sets and the last reps. It's just to show that i am pushing hard.
