hey....don't be too sure some of those capacitors aren't storing a few zzzzzts! If so, can be a shocking experience!....bzzzzzzzt....zz­zzzttt....zzzzt!

Open it up and check the connections, bulbs, and look for a blown fuse. It's probably just a break in the circuit somewhere.

Unplug it first!
