I just don't like how alot of these Blackwater videos show the shooters looking at their weapons while they reload and twisting the weapon while trying to drop the mag

Why does the shooter look at the pistol instead of the target in a tactical reload? Also looking at the holster when replacing the weapon.

I didn't get that; the guy does a tac reload, but on a locked slide and drops the mag anyway.

Maybe simulating a stuck magazine?

He didn't do a Tac Reload; he attempted to reload and the empty mag didn't drop so he stripped it out of the gun.
