I actually don't think their voices mesh well together. Her voice sounds so light and weak against his rich and heavy voice. It is a shame because alone I understand her to have a very powerful voice. He outshines her in this performance. Just goes to show that celebrity pairings are not always magic.

@pwitht actually, their vocal ranges are pretty easily comparable...josh is a baritone and idina is a mezzo-soprano....they should be pretty comfortable octaves apart...ntm they both handled their harmonies wonderfully. If you know about vocal placement you know she isnt being nasal or "shreekish"...she just has a forward belt...a rare talent and it sounds beautiful.
