Man that's gotta suck for Liston. He may never live this one down. He may be known now as "that guy who whiffed Sagat's Ultra." To his credit Liston is a very skilled player, it was just a random fluke that when Viper landed from her blocked ultra she crouches really low to the ground and when Sagat starts his Ultra he flies UP into the air so he went over Viper during her recovery animation allowing Viper to get those last few pokes in to win. Them's the breaks. Too much hype I guess. lol

So Liston, the player with Sagat, the big hulking dude, launched an attack at the very end when Kensou had no health. It failed, and resulted in Kensou still living, but Liston was too busy celebrating to notice. Kensou dived down to the controller and pulled off the win.
