This song was produced in 1987 as part of the soundtrack for "The Celts", a BBC mini-series. Enya's first album is "The Celts", called that because it's the soundtrack to that mini-series. I used to have this series on VHS and I believe this video comes from that series.  So then you're seeing Enya as she was 23 years ago, not 3 years ago.
