I've said so many times that Poongko is the best Seth and I've heard about OnlineTony, or even Hiropon being better. Total bullshit. Poongko is THE Seth... the dude is uncanny w/ this character. Poongko is the world's best Seth.
@Mattwi Poongko did make top 8 at EVO. He is the only low tier character in top 8 as well. 2 Yuns, a Zangief, 2 Vipers, a Fei, an Akuma and Seth. He's ridiculous.
