That is not me in the video - not quite sure who it is. I recommend anyone who can ride the rollers though to try it out - it's not as hard as it looks & it DEFINATELY is good for developing a great pedal stroke. Just be sure to practice with your hands first!

dude, you are god! i just learned how to ride on the rollers with no hands, and fuck man, ive heard about one legged no hands rollers, but i never thought it was possible. any thoughts on how to practice, or should you just go for it? let me know, i want to improve my spin like crazy
