@teo8yra7 there are certain moments in a game where timeouts are just commonly called - maybe the opposing team is on a scoring streak and the players need to talk it over, something like that. everyone on the floor can typically recognize it coming. however, andre miller takes advantage of the fact that until a timeout is explicitly called (which, in this situation, is assumed under miller's discretion), a bucket will still count, and he might be able to catch the floor sleeping
@15MrMeloman it is very, very unusual to have 4 players in the back court at once, with no intention of running down the court and getting into position. I think the Bobcats saw that and assumed there was going to be a time out since all 5 of the Bobcats looked like they were getting ready to head over to their bench area.
@15MrMeloman Look at the other video of him doing the same thing, the coaches starts walking to the floor and the players from blazers start walking up to their bench so the hornets assume miller is just trying to advance the ball. Pretty dirty trick if you ask me but hey if you ain't cheatin you ain't tryin haha
@justinburch21 All he can do? Really? Look him up scoring 52 against Dallas a few seasons back. He has the third best stats as a point guard among active players behind Jason Kidd and Steve Nash. I bought his jersey for a reason and Portland was stupid to trade him for Raymond Felton.
how did he fake it
