@Shawndakilla Yes it is. A belt doesn't help you lift more weight.

Crazy lift! Can you beleive Aurthur Saxon(or one of the old lifters) did 725lb with one hand? Or do you think they lied? Not taking anything away, just wanted to ask someone who might know.
