They have been continuing the Anime now, in Inuyasha: The final act, and she dies in episode two. Its only in Subbed, but its REALLY sad, and JUST like the manga. I was so glad when it came out in the anime.

Yes, though I cant remember which for the life of me... Kagura tries to bribe Sesshomaru with the Shikon jewel shards, he refuses, so she faces him, and it looks like there gonna kiss.
