No, it's simply the video frame rate which plays role here and not if your screen ghosts or not. The video here is a 'static' object in motion (static vis-a-vis your screen but moving within the video). only when u move your objects in your desktop you can consider the ghost effect. so the video shows the if there is ghosting or not independent from the ghosting effect of current screen. The way a monitor displays is irrelevant compared to the way the computer calculates it. A change on the screen, is the same no matter how it is presented. Video games are not ready video sequences to display, they are textures and geometrical shapes, with shades, aliasing, anti-aliasing etc which are computed mostly in real-time.
