There is no cheat here, the point is that Mime+Counter materias can repeat limit breaks once a character is attacked.

I just boosted Cid´s luck to 255 with Gelnika enemy Luck sources to rise the double damage frecuency and here you have the result.

Of course, there are videos others using the same strategy with other characters. Barret seems to be the the one most chosen for this strategy.
