@zackattack15ful By the time both Mr Grogan and Mr Tripp presented the evidence to Nancy Grace, Sergio Meadows was upset that things were not going his way and "showed his true colors." Thanks for posting.
It was Mr. Grogan's role to determine if the signature was that of Sara Nelson or not, which he did. It was not to determine if Meadows broke the law in breaking in, that was Nancy Grace's role. Thanks for posting anyway.
@ForensicDocumentLab well mr grogan's interpretation of the test and what is said to him by the plaintiff is 100% important crucial in the case. what the plaintiff said and grogans interpretation were not the same, which means he may be emtional on the results or being dramatic for ratings. and fyi its nancy's show :) thanks for?
according to the law he can brake in if he has lived there more than seven days for his things. and thats a big difference in what the examiner said and what the guy said
@imcrazy85 Is there really a law that states you have the right to break into somebodies residence for stuff that you claim is your property just as long as you've lived in the residence for just seven days? That doesn't seem right... Would you mind citing the source where you learned this from?
I called the local police department and they said that there is no such law. They said the way to do it is to either get a police escort or sue for the items. Maybe you misunderstood part of the law? Is there anyway you can find it in writing? I'm not trying to pester you, I just hate not being sure about something. Thanks for the response btw.
@mikedimples my mother's house was broken into by her her bf he had stayed there and had his items in the house. we called the police and that is what we were told by the officers. because he lived there for more than 7 days and his items were inside he had a right to get in and get them even breaking in lol but that was years ago maybe the law changed

@mikedimples I have a sense that such is another case of some law that is not really so.
