Before T3, Jin's mother (Jun) dies at the hands of Ogre. Before dying, she sent Jin off to his grandfather (Heihachi) for training. T3 happens, Jin wins.

Before T4, Kaz is revived by G-Corporation, Heihachi holds another tournament, Jin wins again.

Tekken 5 happens, no one knows who held it though. During this, Kaz and Heihachi meet each other again and find out that Jin-Pachi (Kaz's grand dad & Heihachi's father) escaped during their fight at the end of T4.

@pcangeldust thexbox 360 d pad is not as straight forward as the ps3 dpad. plus my character is kazuya and his fastest move is the EWGF. I can perform 3 in a row to make a juggle on the 360 but ps3 i can do 4 in a row. its all because of the d pad.
