@maxx666mayhem lol, congrats of setting a new world record on gaining 7.5 inches on your arms in one month, that's only about 7.4 inches more than is humanly possible.
all you need is good protein, creatine and multivitamin , tailor for your goals (eg. for mass and strength , muscle juice 2600, creapure, and animal pak). and your not going to get anywhere wid out food, if you wanna get big as a rule of thumb eat 50 calories for every kg of body weight / 23 calories for every pound of body weight. Just EAT TRAIN REST PROPERLY !

@wesamalsaadi no you do not have to. creatine monohydrate is natural found in your muscles. therefore it will stay in your muscles until you deplete it from activities such as lifting. if you take it post workout your muscles will absorb it better and then it will stay in your muscles until you use it.

@wrestlingman78 Well, sure. The most important thing when it comes to creatine is the saturation. You can take it before bed everyday at 5g and eventually your muscles will be fully saturated with creatine. Most studies load for 3 days at about 20 - 30 grams, after day 3's dose, full muscle saturation occurs. All that is needed to maintain that full saturation is about 5 grams a day.
@fitnessisalifestyle hey bud, i didn't mind your info on the stack, but one thing i find is lacking in a lot of videos is what this stack is good for. Are you bulking, leaning, what sort of training you'll be doing to maximise the stack. That would be most helpful.
