  • @highpreformance He is just showing off his supplement stack. I doubt he's been lifting for years, he is still a teen. It takes time to grow. I don't see him giving any advice here or trying to convince anybody to do anything. I also like how you say he doesn't lift, once again it takes time to see a big difference. 5 years from now and he'll look like a totally different person.

  • all you need is good protein, creatine and multivitamin , tailor for your goals (eg. for mass and strength , muscle juice 2600, creapure, and animal pak). and your not going to get anywhere wid out food, if you wanna get big as a rule of thumb eat 50 calories for every kg of body weight / 23 calories for every pound of body weight. Just EAT TRAIN REST PROPERLY !

  • @chrisis1madcunt its not just 50 calories. you are forgeting that there are different types of calories. calories from protein, fats, carbs, so on.. its a matter of what and how much you are taking in

  • @maxx666mayhem ummmm? haha youre assuming i dont spend time in the gym. i do. 5 days a week at 1 1/2 a day. some days 3. dont assume i dont lift. i will agree that if you are taking supplements and not lifting then it wont help. but they do with proper nutrition and exercise. and even if you eat right you still arent getting all your nutrition from what you eat

  • @fitnessisalifestyle 3 hours is over training number 1... number 2, if you trained as hard as you say, it would show much more in your videos. your 180 lbs tops and not very defined. like yates used to say; "you should be able to get it done in an hour"

  • drop the extend and animal shit...you dont need added bcca'a ....its already in your gold standard protien, and you dont need pre-work out...let alone two.\

  • @hoppscotch5 there is only 5.5 grams of bcaas in the gold standard. in bodybuilding you need all the bcaas you get expecially during and after your workout. and i take it you havent tried bcaas or pre workouts for yourself. if you did you would know how much they make a difference. and the yok3d is a nitric oxide product. yes you take it before but it doesnt do as much as a pre workout. lets see some of your videos. oh wait... :)

  • @RyAn0o7 lol to me this is a small stack. i take whey, syntha-6, cellucore C-4, creatine, glutamine, IDS waximaize, AMINO ENERGY, animal pak, vitamin D,C, fish oil, flaxseed oil, green tea extract, kirkland vita packs everyday and i havent been sick in 4 years, and in the past 4 months i have put on 3 inches on my bi/tri, 6 inches on my chest and back and 3 inches on my quads. so yes spending a little money on being healthy rather than a chick is 100% worth it for presant and future benefits.

  • @RyAn0o7 the results dont show? all my lifts went up three full while taking these stacks when before i was mearly taking a crappy protein and creatine. and i spend this much money because i have enough money and i want to try different supplements out for myself to see if they work or not for ME. its varies person to person.

  • i probably spend more time in the gym then you do. 5 days a week, 2 hours a day. plus time i take to train. ill admit i may not be the biggest yet, but i have more dedication then you ever will. just look.. youre trying to put people down on youtube to make yourself feel better. do it in the gym, not online. and as far as supplements, i made these videos to give my reviews and opinions mostly on supplements. if you dont like it then dont watch my videos. simple as that. best of luck to you

  • @wesamalsaadi no you do not have to. creatine monohydrate is natural found in your muscles. therefore it will stay in your muscles until you deplete it from activities such as lifting. if you take it post workout your muscles will absorb it better and then it will stay in your muscles until you use it.

    i got Mega Men Sport for multivitamin. all im really wondering is, is creatine gonna help out a lot for a boxer in training? not really looking to bulk up and i need to maintain my weight at the low 140s but i do want to build muslce and have more explosive power to knock bitches out cold... any advice on that particular supplement?

  • @fitnessisalifestyle You should take it pre too because when it turns into creatine phosphate and synthesizes into ATP to help give you energy to sustain max power

  • @wrestlingman78 Well, sure. The most important thing when it comes to creatine is the saturation. You can take it before bed everyday at 5g and eventually your muscles will be fully saturated with creatine. Most studies load for 3 days at about 20 - 30 grams, after day 3's dose, full muscle saturation occurs. All that is needed to maintain that full saturation is about 5 grams a day.

  • @fitnessisalifestyle hey bud, i didn't mind your info on the stack, but one thing i find is lacking in a lot of videos is what this stack is good for. Are you bulking, leaning, what sort of training you'll be doing to maximise the stack. That would be most helpful.

  • @wesamalsaadi You can take creatine whenever you want. Once the muscle is saturated it will stay that way along as you keep taking 5g a day. Pre,Post, While your taking a shit or mowing the yard.
