For the Ougis (Those are the attacks that can be connected after using a weaker arte.) Go to the skill enchant page, pick the ougi, and go to the second option, the first option are passive bonuses, the second are activated bonuses. Choose the last one on the list, it should be 3 characters long, and in the description talk about 100 SP.

yep that is what you called the tales of rpg series. unlike the final fansty series every tales game is just like a fighting game when you enter a battle and also every tales of game except tales of destiny 2 and tales of legendia is multyplayer so brings some friends and play some tales ^_^

well by the time I posted this its already out. I'm not that interested in it, besides the new cut-ins/ cameo battle in arena/ new bosses in the aqua labyrinth (lion from TOD REMAKE and the three demons battle (barbatos being one of em)) and thats about it. O yah I own the PS2 one and I beat it 3 times already. Its so fun. Judas FTW. I also like to give redits to Holystar whlle I make this message too.

Yes it is possible to Hi Ougi wihtout SB, that is because SB gives you infinite SP, which most Hi Ougi requires 100-96 pt. However if a spell caster heals you, you recover SP, and if timed right, you could pull off a hi ougi this way.

The game you mean is actually called Tales of Eternia, the name was changed to Tales of Destiny II in USA for unknown reason. This is the real Tales of Destiny 2.

no, that's ToE (Tales of Eternia). They just called it ToDII in America cuz they thought it would bring in sales from the ppl who bought ToD1. The real ToD2 was made 3 years later for Japan only for the PS2, and is a true sequel to ToD.

Go in Spirit Blaster mode, have the Extension for the Tier2 Skill set (The bottom-most option for the SECOND choice in the enchant menu), while in SB mode, do the special move, hold Circle, if the last hit of the skill connects, the ougi will come out.
