@Preskinn I think it is misandrist. The Manics did jump on the radical Feminist thing at the start using quotes describing men as not fully evolved in comparison to women. The song can be taken as a critique of what society regards as gender traits but I see it as an attack on pornography that is portrayed as an industry that exists to exploit women for male gratification. Traci Lords who sees herself as a victim of porno on vocals adds to the anti porno/male perspective.

@Preskinn Opinions on porno are hugely varied. My personal feeling is generally no, I don't think it is exploitative and degrading to women. Indeed there are Feminists who see it as empowering to women as they are taking control of their sexuality in a patriarchal society that fears and therefore aims to control female sexuality. I wonder who is being manipulated in porno, the performer of the viewer regardless of gender?
