  • thats easy to play. are u able to play the allegro apassinato? :D

  • I can't believe how similar violin and cello are.....

  • @ImmeWho Viola is even more similar to the cello. They're both tuned an octave apart.

  • i play this on violin in suzuki book 2 not my favorite piece but i like it

  • i love it it helped me with my 16 th notes i still need to work on the end with 16th notes

  • Very helpful. That rhythm has been bugging me - when I play it on my cello the 16th notes sound too long. Keeping your example in my head should help.

  • Cello is the best instrument on the Earth! You take almost all of your songs from Suzuki cello-books.

  • I think he is a teacher demonstrating the songs for his students.

  • I think the same

  • ahhh... It's good to know some get it! :)

Yes, these are for my students.

  • Good job, i am watching this cuz this is my exame peice of music that i have to play

  • hey man i love u ... i like cello for learn better my violin solo thx again

  • Looking down the list of related videos, I note with enthusiasm that many of them are pieces that I learned early on in my violinning career on the accursed Suzuki method (when I say early on, I'm still early on, but less so than before. Yes.) Anyway, I don't believe it to be co-incidence that these tuneskies are together so my question is simply where did this 'playlist' come from?

  • I would like if you uploaded you when you play Bach's cello suite prelude 1 in G

  • Man, I'm learning this song and I blow compared to this guy. Kudos to you dude!

  • wow !!!! I Like it !! I'm cellist... ok well a pre basic cellist I need your help... in my channel you can find a video where I 'm playing a pre basic melodic of a song... please tell me about !

  • Awesome! Thanks for posting all these videos. Even though I'm learning the violin, these are great for learning rhythm and timing.

  • Thanks! Violin and viola versions coming soon...

  • Just wondering, my cello teacher can play the violin and viola as well, and apparently you do as well, so my question is...if you know how to play the cello, that means you can easily learn or know how to play the violin and viola? thanks! :D

Great Job by the way! :D

  • Well, violin and viola are "backwards" to the cellist in terms of biomechanics. But, having learnt rhythm, coordination, etc., each consecutive instrument gets easier, in a way.

The hardest thing to adjust was the reduced weight, inertia, and balance in the bow arm, which took longer to fine-tune than intonation.

I can read in four clefs, loco and 1 octave up or down on the three instruments, so that's not an issue - a result of church gigs and sight-reading chamber music scores.
