Geeze I watched this documentay in 1999 and 12yrs on the wounds still run deep... This is more a sad indictment of the justice system as a whole rather than the ignorant men who took the life of Stephen. The stats also indicate the UK prison system is predominantly populated by blacks so, yes I do concede that in certain respects you are correct. However, there is a significant racial bias in the way that people are policed in the UK notwithstanding that the judicial system is also biased towards whites. Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.
