@nikki201220 I made that mistake too. I took another look and it was in fact the lung. First you see the liver, then you see the lung pulled over it looking the same colour and everything, then he ripped it out.

Cracking the pelvic bone is easiest when the deer is hung by its neck/head and you put your foot right on the deers butt from behind and grab a leg with each hand. Push your foot forward while pulling back with the legs and it cracks very easily.

Nice buck! Put the buck on its back, stand between the rear legs so you can prob them out, then pull the nut sack out towards you and cut next to them, going to the anus, then back to the chest! Then reach in cut the diafram, and skin holding the guts in then reach in and pull hard! then cut around the ahole and pull it through! then remove the heart, loungs liver and your done!
