I have 18" right 17.5" left biceps but they look similar to yours cuz I'm 6"2. I went from 13" to those measurements in one year but for the last 5 months barely half inch growth
@ThorMaxx probably most of that's my natural size, I think I was particularly skinny because I never did sports or ate lunch. Once I started my body exploded with the new stimulation. Otherwise the key is to eat practically too much protein, and , using as heavy a weight as possible for less than 10 reps, always do one more rep even if you think you can't, at least a partial or assisted. Do the workout with intensity with 1-2 minutes rest between sets.
My bad, bro. Sometimes I can't tell the difference because muscularity plus fat can hint to gyno from steroid use. I personally use testosterone, so I have to keep that under control and close watch. You are impressively big for a natural though. Keep up the good work!

@llectrofish Even tho they may look smaller, if they really are 16 inches then youd probably be able to curl more then this guy as long as you are as tone as him. Because even though your thickness is the same, your upper arm is overall a ways bigger then his since your 11 inches taller. Theres more mass in your arms since theres more length. Meaning more volume/mass. Again as long as your arms arnt just flab or something.

@panjr0809 no you cannot gain 3 inches in 3 months, It takes about 10lbs of muscle increase over you whole body to see a 1 inch increase in arms. Keep training and measuring i think you could get to say 14 and a half within a year maybe 15 depending on your nutrition and training

@panjr0809 no you cannot gain 3 inches in 3 months, It takes about 10lbs of muscle increase over you whole body to see a 1 inch increase in arms. Keep training and measuring i think you could get to say 14 and a half within a year maybe 15 depending on your nutrition and training
