Excellent strategy of starting with Sprint and working your way up - that's how I did it, and I think it's the best way to develop readiness for Ironman. am 18and cant wait to do my first triathlon (ironman will be my first!)

and i just hope its in the heat of the sun so i dont need to wear much so am not weighed down... and it lifts your moral if its a sunny day... i dont mind heat, but dull rainy cold days will make it harder...

10/10 for any1 who does it in typical British weather....must be hard. ur an inspiration
